1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cz444 ("cz444", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://cz444.cam and all associated services, features and content offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing any game or feature, or placing any wager on the cz444 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

cz444 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. The platform provides access to online casino games, sports betting markets and related services. cz444 does not hold a local Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim endorsement from any Pakistani government authority, financial institution or payment provider.

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the cz444 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. cz444 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You may only use the Platform if online gambling is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering. cz444 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account only. Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:

• Individuals under the minimum age requirement;
• Individuals accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Employees, contractors, directors, officers or close associates of cz444 or its affiliated entities;
• Individuals who are currently subject to a self-exclusion order or who have been permanently excluded from the Platform;
• Individuals acting on behalf of third parties or using another person's payment method without authorisation.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Obligations

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (such as a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport), your date of birth, a valid email address and a contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. You must notify cz444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. cz444 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cz444 may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC or passport, and — where required — proof of address and a liveness or selfie check. Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. You must never submit identity documents through unsecured channels, email, or third-party messaging applications. Any attempt to submit altered, obscured or falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.4 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting cz444 support. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending KYC and resolution of outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Funds remaining in a verified, good-standing account will be returned subject to applicable verification and withdrawal procedures.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform supports a range of deposit methods that may include, subject to availability in the cashier at the time of your transaction, mobile wallet transfers (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), bank transfers via domestic banking institutions, Raast instant payment transfers and cryptocurrency. The listing of these payment references is for informational context only; it does not imply any endorsement of or partnership with any payment provider. Availability may change without prior notice. Always verify the methods available in your account cashier.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from unlawful activity.

5.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses; (c) use of a payment method corresponding to your deposit method where required; and (d) your account being in good standing with no open disputes or compliance flags. cz444 does not guarantee specific processing timelines, which depend on the payment method and operator review processes.

5.4 Identity Matching

The name on your Platform account must exactly match the name on your payment account or bank account. Withdrawals to accounts held in a different name will not be processed and the funds may be returned to your account balance pending resolution.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. These limits may be denominated in PKR where supported. cz444 reserves the right to modify limits at any time; users are advised to check the cashier for current applicable limits before initiating any transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by cz444 are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover") before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in eligible wagering to be completed before withdrawal is permitted. Actual requirements are stated in each promotion's terms and may vary significantly.

6.3 Maximum Bet Rule

While a bonus is active on your account, you may not place any single bet or spin exceeding the maximum bet limit stated in the applicable promotion terms. Breaching the maximum bet rule may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution

Different game types contribute differently to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games and certain other categories may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the User's account along with any associated winnings. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

cz444 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or claw back any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of mathematical advantages in specific games during bonus play, multi-accounting, use of automated betting systems, or coordinated wagering by groups. Any determination of abuse is at cz444's sole discretion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General

All bets are subject to the applicable game rules and sports-betting rules as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, the User accepts the relevant rules in full. The Platform's game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing. cz444 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager.

7.2 Void and Cancelled Bets

cz444 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, manifestly incorrect odds, data feed failure, or any event that renders the settlement of the bet impossible or materially unfair. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account balance. No additional compensation will be payable.

7.3 Sports Betting Specifics

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the operator's discretion, including during live events such as Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments or any other sporting event. The Platform does not hold any official partnership with, or endorsement from, PCB, PSL, ICC or any sports governing body.

7.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or server failure during the course of a game round or bet, the Platform will attempt to restore the session to the state immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, the stake may be refunded. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cz444 Platform. Breach of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

1. Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
2. Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
3. Using another person's account, identity or payment method without their explicit authorisation;
4. Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform;
5. Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
6. Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses;
7. Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities or incorrectly displayed odds;
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise misuse the Platform's technology or intellectual property;
9. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or similar tools to misrepresent your location;
10. Harassing, abusing or making threatening communications to Platform staff or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cz444 Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, game software, logos, trademarks, interface design and editorial content, is the intellectual property of cz444 or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of cz444. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10. Privacy & Data Processing

cz444 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes collection for account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, customer support and service improvement purposes.

cz444 does not sell your personal information to third-party advertising networks. Data is shared with third parties only where required for platform operation, legal compliance or fraud prevention. All data transmissions occur over HTTPS-encrypted connections. You must never transmit personal documents through unsecured channels.

11. Responsible Gambling

As a User, you acknowledge that: (a) gambling involves financial risk and there is no guarantee of winning; (b) you will only wager amounts you can genuinely afford to lose; (c) you will use the responsible gambling tools available to you if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic; and (d) you are an adult of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cz444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses incurred through gambling activity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cz444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted for certain categories of loss, cz444's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

cz444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timelines;
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity;
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Requests by regulatory, law enforcement or legal authorities;
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the operator's dormancy policy;
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users.

On closure, verified account balances (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the User through their verified payment method, subject to applicable processing requirements and timelines.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable licence jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose restrictions on online gambling activity. cz444 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law. Users should seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain of their obligations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

cz444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the Platform, by email to the registered address or by a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

The date of the most recent revision is stated in the effective date at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
